B&O Bicycle Tour Waiver 2025
RELEASE AND WAIVER: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I for myself,
administrators, heirs and assigns, do hereby hold harmless the B&O Trail Association
Inc, the Brownsburg Community School Corporation, the Brownsburg Parks
Department, the Central Indiana Bicycle Association, Bluem Herbal Bodywork, Inner
Balance Pilates and Yoga Studio and all vendors, sponsors, volunteers, employees and
officers of the aforementioned organizations for all claims, damages, demands, actions,
whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in said event. I
attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event
and assume all risk of participation. I also attest that I am the legal guardian of any
minors that I have listed as participants in this event. Further, I hereby grant full
permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my name and any photographs of me
participating in this event for any publicity or promotional purposes without obligation or
liability to me.
