Release and Waiver: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I for myself, administrators, heirs and assigns, do hereby hold harmless  B&O Trail Association Inc., and all volunteers and officers of the aforementioned organizations for all claims, damages, demands, actions, whatsoever in any manner arising out of my participation in said event. I attest and verify that I am sufficiently fit to participate in this event and assume all risk of participation. I also attest that I am the legal guardian of any minors that I have listed as participants in this event. Further, I grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my name and any photographs of me participating in this event for any publicity or promotional purposes without obligation or liability to me.
