I acknowledge that participation in the Shelton Six Cup cricket tournament involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents arising from participation in cricket and related activities.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Shelton Six Cup tournament, I agree to the following:

1. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the tournament, including travel to and from the event.
2. I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in cricket activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
3. I release, waive, and discharge Sports Club of Shelton (SCOS), Shelton Six Cup organizers, volunteers, sponsors, officials, venue owners, and affiliated organizations from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, loss, damage, or death resulting from participation in the tournament.
4. I agree to abide by all tournament rules, safety guidelines, umpire decisions, and directions provided by tournament organizers.
5. I understand that medical treatment may not be immediately available on-site and authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary. I accept responsibility for any associated medical expenses.
6. I grant permission to Sports Club of Shelton (SCOS) to use photographs, videos, recordings, or other media taken during the tournament for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes without compensation.
7. I understand that tournament registration fees are non-refundable except as determined by tournament organizers.
8. I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner and acknowledge that organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct or unsafe behavior.
